At last, my day off it is. I would be able to relax,
and get my most needed rest.
A comfortable sleep,
enjoying the coldness the rain brings.
Lying comfortably in my soft bed,
I set forth to a voyage of a wonderful dream
looking forward to a refreshed state the next day.
Awakened by light striking my closed eyes,
I realized that it's already morning.
Looked at the clock hanging on the wall,
I was surprised to see that it's still early,
yet the sun is shining so bright.
Wow, what happened?
Expecting to be welcomed by rain rushing
the rooftop, now I am greeted with a mighty sun.
With the heat of the sun, I can't go back to sleep again.
And I thought, I could spend my wholeday in my bed,
enjoying a good movie, and a hot cup of coffee.
I end up, spending my day, sweating all over,
and trying to refresh myself with cold drinks.
Oh well...Just my luck!

Don't Want To Get Up
Waking up early, I was greeted with the sound of water
rushing through the the rooftops. It's raining!
I recalled that a storm will be in the neighborhood today
from last night's news. The window curtain is blown by
the strong wind brought by the storm. During these times,
it's best to stay at home, rest, relax, and get some more sleep.
Unfortunately, I had to force myself to get up. You have work to do,
I said to myself. Feeling my body heavy for my feet to carry, I struggled
to stand up. Hoping that a warm bath will get me started,
I immediately turned on the shower and let the water rush through my body.
It was a wonderful, relaxing moment. I brushed my teeth, and hurried up
to get dress.
Looking outside, the rain seem to pour harder.
I felt my energy level subsiding again. Seeing my bed, a force of some kind appears
to pull me back. A 5-minute sleep is still okay, looking at my watch. I hurried back
to my bed with my soft pillow and warm blanket, not wasting a single second.
Got a quick nap, five minutes is over. It's exactly the same feeling again when I
woke up earlier. Forcing myself, I managed to put on my shoes, went out the door
and head to work.
With a 10 minute ride to the office, I took the opportunity to sneak up another quick nap.
Really feeling lazy. At work, I felt unproductive, but had to convince myself to stay awake and focus, yet, my body does not want to follow. From time to time, I get lost with my eyes shutting.
It's a challenging day, not because of pressure, but because of the lazy feeling
brought to me by the weather.
A lot of things really affects our emotions. Rain just brings a feeling of laziness and bed sickness.
What does the rain brings you? How does weather affects you?

Hello!
Everyday, we may feel different emotions.
Multiple emotions can happen,
in a short period of time.
How we feel can easily change.
Different factors can contribute
to the mixed feelings that we may experience.
Expressing this emotions,
may not always as easy as it may seem.
One way to manage we feel,
is through extensions.
Written, and oral are ways to exten,
and express our emotions.
These type of extensions helps,
but having somebody to share our feelings,
somebody who care to listen, a
nd somebody who can understand and connect to us,
will greatly help us better manage our emotions.
Through sharing, we can also learn a lot.
This will not only be a benefit to us, but it can also benefit others.
Should someone stumble upon this page, your thoughts, opinions,
and your feelings are welcome and appreciated.
Thank you!
